HOW PROPEN JOINT OINTMENT WORKS
Propen Joint Ointment is a combination of three medicines: Gabapentin, Diclofenac, and Methyl Salicylate.
Gabapentin is an antiepileptic medication. It decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.
Diclofenac and Methyl Salicylate are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
